Parents seeking advice on how to manage the stressors that may be impacting their parenting goals are invited to attend a free presentation of “Put Your Oxygen Mask on First: Simple Tools for Extraordinary Parenting,” Thursday, May 19 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Stepping Stones Museum for Children in Norwalk.

Join local school psychologist David P. Sylvestro, MA, CSP, and parent panelists Carolina Corrigan and Janine Kelly, Co-Presidents of SPED*NET Wilton, who are professionals in the field of special education and advocacy, for an in-person, guided discussion about stress and self-care. Learn how other parents and caregivers are managing their internal/external stress and talk about the ways you are trying to cope with it all.
